Using this site

This site is run by Robbie Patterson, known as byrobbie. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Prices and quotes

The prices, timelines and examples on this site are a guide. A price is firm only when we give it to you in a written quote for your job, and the work is covered by the agreement you sign with us, not by this site.

What I promise

I build your demo first, at no cost to you. If you do not love your site after the edits, you do not pay. Once you approve it and pay, the plan you chose applies, including the 12 month minimum on the nothing down plan.

Your site goes live within a week of paying through the checkout link, once your domain points to it.

I make your edits within three working days of your email, up to about an hour of changes a month.

Clients sign up under the client agreement, at byrobbie.com/legal/agreement-v1.

Taking a demo down

If I built a demo of your business and you want it gone, send me one line saying take it down. I delete it the same day and never contact you again.

Our photos and words

The photos, words and logo on this site are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us first.

Our forms

Please send true details through our forms. We may not answer a request that looks automated or abusive.

Mistakes and liability

We take care that this site is correct, but it may hold a mistake or be out of date. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of ON, CA.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
